Refund Policy

Refunds are only given for the current subscription amount on your account, not for overage charges from last month or additional charges added to your account. We hold our customers responsible to manage their accounts responsibly and not exceed their credit limit. In case of an overage, the customer is responsible for paying the additional fees.

A request will be responded to within 24-48 hours. When a request is approved it normally takes 3-5 days before the money lands on your account.
